3. Cancel account
3.1 According to national laws and regulations, we provide user account cancellation services within the APP, which can be found in the APP ->Me ->Settings ->Delete Account.

If the user registers a breeding enterprise and establishes relevant file data within this APP, or creates a public service department and receives submitted data, if the user chooses to cancel the account, the above relevant data will be deleted. In addition, the enterprise membership services purchased by the user will automatically terminate. Please be aware of and accept the losses caused by canceling the account. When you delete information from our servers, due to applicable laws and security technologies, our company may not immediately delete the corresponding information from the backup system. We will securely store your information until the backup can be cleared or anonymized.
3.3. In addition to the information mentioned in section
3.4 above, the user's personal account information stored in the server database, such as encrypted user phone numbers, email accounts, accounts, and passwords, will also be deleted when logging out of the account. After the cancellation is completed, the customer will no longer be able to log in through the cancelled account.
