1. Confirmation and acceptance of registration agreement terms

1.1 CryptoStockDecisions is a software product of TianShiLu Technology (Fujian) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter also referred to as "TianShiLu") and agrees to provide relevant services based on the Internet and mobile Internet (hereinafter referred to as "network services") in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and the operating rules issued from time to time.

1.2 In order to obtain online services, users should carefully read and fully understand all the terms of this Agreement before registration, including the exemption clauses that exempt or limit TianShiLu's liability and the clauses that restrict users' rights. Carefully read and choose to accept or reject this Agreement (minors should read it with the accompaniment of their legal guardians).

1.3 If the user agrees to accept all the terms of this agreement, they shall complete the entire registration process according to the prompts on the page and click the "Agree" button during the registration process. Otherwise, it shall be deemed that they do not accept all the terms of this agreement, and the user shall terminate and withdraw from the application.

1.4 This Agreement may be regularly updated by TianShiLu, and the updated terms of the Agreement shall replace the original terms once published without further notice. Users can check the latest version of the Agreement terms on TianShiLu. After TianShiLu modifies the terms of the Agreement, if the user does not accept the modified terms, please immediately stop using the network services provided by TianShiLu. Users who continue to use them will be deemed to have accepted the modified Agreement.

2. Service Content

2.1. The specific content of network services shall be provided by TianShiLu according to the actual situation, including formula design, information communication, and APP related applications.

2.2. The network information services provided by TianShiLu include both paid and free options. Paid services include but are not limited to annual membership fees. Users using paid network services need to pay agreed fees. For paid services, TianShiLu will provide users with clear prompts before use. Only when users confirm and agree to pay the relevant fees can they use the membership services of this software. If the user fails to pay the relevant fees, TianShiLu has the right not to provide such paid services to the user.

2.3 The user understands that TianShiLu only provides the network services that TianShiLu explicitly promises, and in addition, the equipment related to the relevant network services (such as personal computers, mobile phones, and other devices related to access to the Internet or mobile networks) and the required fees (such as telephone fees and Internet access fees paid for access to the Internet, mobile phone fees paid for use of mobile networks) should be borne by the user.

3. User account

3.1. Users who complete the registration process through the software registration system are considered official users.

3.2. If any indecent words or inappropriate names are found in the user's nickname, TianShiLu reserves the right to cancel their user account.

3.3. The ownership of the user account belongs to TianShiLu, and after completing the application registration procedures, the user enjoys the right to use it. TianShiLu reserves the right to reclaim user accounts that have not been used for three months.

3.4 The user has the obligation to ensure the security of their password and account. Any loss or damage caused by the user's activities using the account shall be borne solely by the user, and TianShiLu shall not be held responsible for any liability. If users discover unauthorized use of their account or any other security issues, they should immediately change their account password and keep it safe. TianShiLu shall not be held responsible for any illegal use of the account due to hacking or user negligence.

3.5. The user account and password shall only be used by the initial applicant. The user shall not provide their own user account or password to any third party for operation and use, whether for a fee or free, through transfer, lending, authorization, etc. Otherwise, the user shall bear any losses incurred due to violation of this requirement. If there is a violation of this agreement, TianShiLu reserves the right to revoke the account. If the violation of this agreement causes damage to others, the user shall bear joint and several liability with the actual user, and TianShiLu reserves the right to pursue the user's breach of contract liability.

3.6. In the event of loss, forgotten password, or disputes over usage rights arising from shared use of a user account, they must follow TianShiLu's appeal process to request the account to be retrieved. Users can apply to TianShiLu to retrieve their account based on their initial registration information. The account recovery mechanism of TianShiLu is only responsible for identifying whether the information provided by the applicant user is consistent with the system records, and cannot identify whether the appellant is the true user of the account. TianShiLu shall not be held responsible for any losses incurred by users due to being falsely applied for by others. Users are aware that the responsibility for account and password custody lies with users, and TianShiLu does not promise that users will be able to recover their accounts through appeal if their accounts are lost or their passwords are forgotten. Users should carefully fill in their initial phone number or registered email as the designated email for confirming receipt of disputed accounts.

3.7 TianShiLu suggests that users should use their own name to recharge or make payments to their accounts. If a user uses the name of a third party to recharge or make payments, or entrusts a third party to recharge or make payments on their behalf, the above actions shall be deemed as their own actions. If the recharge or payment fails or is successfully revoked due to the actions of the third party, it shall be deemed as the user's true intention and actions, and all legal consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the user themselves.

4. Usage rules

4.1. Users must comply with relevant laws and regulations of the country when using TianShiLu network services, and shall not publish any illegal content that endangers national security, pornography, violence, copyright infringement, or any other legal rights; It is also prohibited to use the TianShiLu platform to publish content that contains false, harmful, coercive, infringing on others' privacy, harassment, infringement, slander, vulgarity, or other morally offensive content.

4.2 TianShiLu may, based on its reasonable judgment, make any violation of relevant laws, regulations or the provisions of this agreement; TianShiLu has the right to stop transmitting any content that violates, obstructs, or threatens the rights or safety of anyone, or to impersonate others. TianShiLu also has the right to take appropriate legal action against any user who violates these terms based on its own judgment, including but not limited to deleting illegal, infringing, inappropriate content, preventing them from using all or part of TianShiLu's network services, and storing relevant information in accordance with laws and regulations and reporting to relevant departments.

4.3. For content transmitted through TianShiLu Network Services, TianShiLu does not guarantee the correctness, completeness, or quality of the aforementioned content. Users may come into contact with unpleasant, inappropriate, or disgusting content while receiving this service. Under no circumstances shall TianShiLu be responsible for any content, including but not limited to any errors or omissions in any content, as well as any resulting losses or damages. TianShiLu has the right (but not the obligation) to refuse or delete any content provided through TianShiLu Network Services on its own. Users using the above content should bear the risks themselves.

4.4. Non public personal content uploaded by users to TianShiLu through TianShiLu network services (including but not limited to the corresponding APP, related applications, and other services of this software) will not be made public, nor will it be provided to third parties.

4.5. Any content posted by users through TianShiLu Network Services does not reflect TianShiLu's views or policies, and TianShiLu shall not be held responsible for this. The user shall be fully responsible for the authenticity, legality, harmlessness, effectiveness, etc. of the above content. Any legal responsibility related to the information posted by the user shall be borne by the user, and shall not be related to TianShiLu.

5. Copyright Notice

Any text, images, graphics, audio, and/or video materials included in the network services provided by TianShiLu are protected by copyright, trademark, and/or other property ownership laws. Without the consent of the relevant rights holders, the above materials may not be directly or indirectly published, played, rewritten or redistributed in any media, or used for any other commercial purposes. All the above information or any part of it may only be kept for private and non-commercial purposes. TianShiLu shall not be liable to the user or any third party in any form for any delay, inaccuracy, error, omission, or damages arising from or resulting from the transmission or submission of all or part of the aforementioned information.

6. Privacy Protection

6.1. Protecting user privacy is a basic policy of TianShiLu. TianShiLu guarantees not to disclose or provide users' registration information or non-public content stored in TianShiLu during the use of network services to third parties, except for the following situations:

6.1.1 Obtain written explicit authorization from the user in advance;

6.1.2 According to relevant laws and regulations;

6.1.3 According to the requirements of relevant government regulatory departments;

6.1.4 To safeguard the interests of the general public;

6.1.5 To safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of TianShiLu;

6.2. In order to provide comprehensive services to users, users agree that TianShiLu may provide their registration information and usage information to TianShiLu's affiliated companies for use. TianShiLu guarantees that the aforementioned affiliated companies strictly comply with the privacy protection responsibilities of Article 6, Paragraph 1 of this Agreement at the same level.

6.3. The user agrees that TianShiLu or its affiliated companies have the right, when necessary, to send the following information to the user through email, phone, SMS, mail, instant chat, pop-up pages, etc. based on the contact information provided by the user during registration or service acceptance (including but not limited to email address, contact phone number, contact address, instant chat tool account, etc.):

6.1.1 Various important notification information, which may include but are not limited to important information such as orders, transaction orders, password change prompts, etc. This type of information may have a significant positive or negative impact on the rights and obligations of users, and users must pay timely attention to it.

6.1.2 Commercial information such as product and service advertisements, promotional offers, etc. If the user is unwilling to receive such information, they can notify TianShiLu or its affiliated companies (orally or in writing) to cancel the sending, or they can unsubscribe through the corresponding unsubscribe function provided by TianShiLu or its affiliated companies (if any).

7. Purpose, Update, and Validity of the Agreement

7.1. The service terms of this agreement are used to regulate the use of services provided by TianShiLu by users. This agreement and the TianShiLu Community Code of Conduct constitute a complete agreement.

7.2. In view of the changing national laws and regulations and the operational needs of TianShiLu, TianShiLu has the right to modify the terms of this agreement from time to time. Once the modified agreement is published on TianShiLu, it shall become effective and replace the original agreement. Users have the obligation to pay attention to and read the latest version of the agreement and website announcements from time to time. If the user does not agree to the updated agreement, they should immediately stop accepting the services provided by TianShiLu under this agreement; If the user continues to use the services provided by TianShiLu, it shall be deemed that they agree to the updated agreement. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed null and void or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other provision.

8. Contact Information

When you have personal information related issues or other complaints, suggestions, etc., you can contact TianShiLu through the complaint or suggestion module of this software. TianShiLu will review the involved content as soon as possible and respond to your questions, complaints, suggestions, etc. within 7-15 working days.
